Skills and Knowledge Development for Year 3 Accounting Degree Students
Entering Year 3 of the Degree programme can be scary! Whether you are proceeding from Year 2 of the programme or a direct entrant from HND Accounting, our own Napier Diploma in Accounting or another route, it's a big step up.
This web resource aims to help you in developing the SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE you need to maximise your success - not just passing modules but getting good marks, merits if possible, and the best class of degree you can if you transfer to Honours (Year 4).
What do these students have to say about studying at Napier? Click the photos to find out.
There is no particular route through this web site - you can pick the areas where you need help and return to them later if necessary. It's independent of WebCT so can be accessed at any time, without needing to be enrolled on a particular module. It's also accessible if you haven't yet started at Napier but want to get a 'taster' of what University life is about.
This web site is under development, so your suggestions for changes and / or additions are welcomed; you can use the discussion area for these. The sections are colour coded to help you find your way round: blue for general information, red for skills and green for knowledge. If you find this text too small, you can enlarge the font by using the 'view' menu on your browser.
I hope that you find this resource useful - and Good Luck in your studies.
